Amy began her Yoga journey as a way to connect with friends and to increase her strength and flexibility. She loved the experience so much that she became a certified yoga instructor in Feb 2021 (YTT200) to share the love of yoga with her community. Amy was certified as a Raindrop Practitioner in 2016 and became a Reiki Master in 2017 under the studies of Meg Marrelli.

Yoga brought Amy a sense of daily peace, strength, growth, flexibility, and a better understanding of her self-worth. She looks forward to being a part of your wellness journey.

Amy is certified in Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Peaceful Babes and Kids Yoga, Chakra Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She looks forward to connecting with her community, exploring and relaxing as you grow together at our amazing retreat in beautiful Costa Rica.

She raised her family in Chardon OH and shares her life, grandchildren, and days as an empty nester with her husband Michael. Amy loves the outdoors, live music, camping, beach walks searching for treasures, and spending time with her friends and family around a campfire.
